Description of Services

FixMan is a platform that connects clients seeking maintenance and repair services with qualified service workers. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the actual services provided by workers.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

User Responsibilities

For Clients:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of service needs
  • Ensure safe access to service locations
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Treat service workers with respect

For Workers:

  • Provide services professionally and competently
  • Maintain required licenses and certifications
  • Communicate clearly with clients
  • Complete jobs as agreed

Payments

Payment terms are established between clients and workers through our platform. FixMan may charge service fees as disclosed in the app.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Provide false information
  • Circumvent platform payments
  • Copy or misuse our intellectual property

Limitation of Liability

FixMan is not liable for:

  • Quality of services provided by workers
  • Disputes between clients and workers
  • Damages resulting from use of our platform
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
