FixMan is a digital service platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products. There is nothing to ship.

How FixMan Works

Our platform operates entirely through a points-based system:

Buy Points: Clients purchase points through the FixMan app using our secure payment system.
Hire a FixMan: Use your points to hire verified maintenance and repair workers for your service requests.
Service Delivery: A FixMan worker comes to your location and performs the requested service.

Digital Delivery

All transactions on FixMan are for professional services, not goods. Once you purchase points, they are credited to your account instantly and are available for use immediately.

Points Validity

Purchased points are credited to your account and remain valid according to the terms of your subscription or one-time purchase. Points are non-transferable between accounts.
