General Policy

FixMan operates a points-based service platform. All purchases of points are subject to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.

No Refund After Work Has Been Completed

Once a FixMan worker has completed the requested service, no refund will be issued. By accepting a worker and allowing them to carry out the service, you agree that the service has been rendered and payment is final.

Points Refund Eligibility

Refunds for unused points may be considered in the following circumstances only:

  • A worker was assigned but the job was cancelled before any work commenced.
  • A technical error resulted in an incorrect points charge.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service request.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has been fully or partially completed by the worker.
  • You are dissatisfied with the quality of completed work (disputes should be raised through our review and support system).
  • Change of mind after work has begun.
  • Points purchased as part of a promotional or discounted bundle.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error or you have a concern about a completed job, please contact our support team at info@fixman.mk within 48 hours of the service completion. We will review the case and respond accordingly.
