Data Deletion Request

At FixMan, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FixMan account and associated data by:

  • In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • Email: Send a request to info@fixman.mk with the subject "Data Deletion Request"

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

  • Your account profile information
  • Contact details (email, phone number)
  • Service history and preferences
  • Payment information stored in our systems
  • Photos and documents you've uploaded
  • Messages and communications within the app

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records (required for tax and legal compliance)
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes
  • Data required by law enforcement requests
  • Anonymized analytics data

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Effects of Deletion

Please note that deleting your account will:

  • Permanently remove access to your account
  • Cancel any pending service requests
  • Remove your reviews and ratings
  • Be irreversible - you'll need to create a new account to use FixMan again
